What is your refund/exchange policy?

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or refunds on perfumes. All fragrance sales are final once opened or used. We recommend exploring our detailed scent notes before purchasing. Any purchases made on the Sale day will be deemed as final and no exchange will be provided.

What if the fragrance bottle, sprayer breaks - can I get a replacement?

Yes — if your product was damaged during transit or is defective, please reach out within 3 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement after verifying the issue. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer must provide a photo evidence of the product being unused and intact. In case you don't wish for replacement, we can only issue the store credit in the form of refund. If in case you do not wish a replacement you can be eligible returns for store credit only. Store credits can be used on any future purchase and do not expire. To initiate a return for store credit, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original condition.

Important Notes:

  1. We do not accept returns for reasons related to personal fragrance preference.
  2. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  3. Sale or promotional items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
